PINYSURP-96, S.L. currently only sells to destinations in the Iberian Peninsula. The Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and all other countries are outside our operating range. We regret at this time the inconvenience caused by this decision.

General Guarantees:

All our products are guaranteed nationally in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 dated 16 November of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

The start date of the warranty is the date stated on the purchase invoice. Our warranty includes the cost of postage, labour and repair or replacement of the defective item. The guarantee for the products purchased will be their purchase invoice.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, misuse or tampering are not included.

The guarantee shall lose its value:

PRODUCT RETURNS

In accordance with the provisions of article 44 of the Ley de Ordenación del comercio minorista, the customer has 14 working days  to communicate  the return of  a product, counted from the day of receipt of the order. You have to take into account that you will have to pay the transport and administrative costs generated by your return, if it is due to causes beyond PINYSURP-96, S.L.’s control.

No returns will be accepted after the above-mentioned deadline. Any product that has been damaged by the customer or whose original packaging has been damaged in a way that goes beyond simple opening will also not be refunded, or will only be partially refunded. PINYSURP-96, S.L. will not accept returns if the product is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must be protected in such a way that it is received in perfect condition, and the use of seals and adhesive tapes applied directly to it is prohibited.

The customer will receive the money back by cheque, credit card or bank transfer. The terms and conditions for the return of the money are established by PINYSURP-96, S.L.

LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These general conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain on the subject, which shall be applied subsidiarily in all matters not provided for in these general conditions (basically Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on information services and electronic commerce).
