Made mainly with grapes from very old, low-yielding Monastrell vines as well as Cabernet-Sauvignon and Syrah vines planted at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level, a very concentrated, complex and at the same time very elegant wine is obtained after being aged in carefully selected French and American oak barrels for 18 months.
